Notes from the Pangi & Lukey Pour Decisions Patreon episode
This thing was an hour and ten minutes long, roll with me here, it continues below the cut.
- They truly don't care and have no boundaries about fanfic/fanworks. They're both adults and know what they signed up for. Pangi said the way he sees it is if it makes someone happy to make it, it's okay.
- They do not care about being shipped, they've spoken about it and it only annoys them when it comes up during something unrelated but they really don't mind it at all and would say if they ever were bothered.
- Running is Pangi's emotional outlet, he took it up after a difficult childhood. He could've been pro, but got injured.
- He plans to do an Iron Man (He's looking forward to getting the body from it as well as the accomplishment)
- Pangi would love to live in Brighton, but can't right now as his family needs him. He sometimes feels lonely in The Netherlands and now he knows people in Brighton it wouldn't be clout chasing to move.
- They work so well on stream because they are best friends off stream. The silly bits continue off stream too.
- Pangi sees himself as slightly separate to the Lifestealers as he doesn't fight.
- Lukey is a Lifestealer WAG (says Lexie, no one disagreed)
- Lukey's not on Lifesteal because he only just started with YouTube, and it's a YouTube based server, but he would like to be on it.
- Lukey and Lexie nearly lived together.
- Lukey day in the life: It's unpredictable but sometimes it's "Oh I gotta be in New York in the morning". Streaming is the most consistent thing.
- The amount of money The Realm public is making is adjacent to how loud the servers are /j
- Creator SMP: Pangi is proud, as he should be, of his time on it. Everyone was watching, even his neighbour who is "like 50" was asking him about his plans for it. He was unsure about joining at first but he had so many people asking why he wasn't on the original roster that he reconsidered and asked to join. He wasn't really bothered by Enzo being so popular as he knows SB737 etc
- Lexie and Harry were completely in awe of Pangi's story arc on the Creator SMP.
- Midoffs was the most pressure Lukey has felt with streaming.
- Lukey, whilst he appreciated the support from the community, abstained from the streamer awards as he didn't want to go against friends, which is also why he didn't vouch for anyone.
- Streamer awards: "It was fucked, the first hour was so bad" - Harry
- For Pangi, the Streamer Awards were crazy, he felt like he was the shit. He thought it would be close between him and Tubbo for the win.
- They all make a point of how much Tubbo deserved the win because of everything he's done. Lukey brings up that they wouldn't know each other without Tubbo.
Ignoring Max thoughts bc I'm trying to say only nice words...how did you like Lexie's podcast and the stories of offline human time for Pangi+Lukey?
the podcast was so chill and silly and it made me LONG and also YEARN for more in-person stuff from the boys.....
all of their little stories i've heard a lot before, so i was mostly focusing on their body language and tones and stuff. lukey's constant fidgeting and accidentally dropping shit, kicking shit, etc is so fucking cute all the time. pangi doing his best to take up space and display confidence. the little nudges and eyerolls. it's just sweet how well they fit into each other's space and how easily they move together in any new environment. it is really such a rare thing, to connect so quickly and so seamlessly with someone. it's been less than a year and you'd think they've known each other for a decade!!
idk anything about the patreon version yet but i'm sure it was. you know. on brand for them 🙄
