⋆ the most loser-ist loser to ever loser omg? chronically online, obviously, and proud about it. was insufferably annoying when it came to her weird internet interests as a kid, and would definitely partake in embarrassing things, like venturing off into the woods to find the slendermansion in hopes that slenderman would be impressed by her “fearlessness and curiosity” and make her into one of his proxies…
⋆ knows all of the fnaf lore, one of many fandoms that she’s apart of, and definitely corrects people if they get info wrong. the “umm… actually!” meme has been used against her countless of times, but she couldn’t care less because of course she had to set the lore inaccuracies straight.
⋆ oc creator, and she self-inserts. she has an overfilled journal that is falling to pieces, but she refuses to get a new one, and just extends the cover and adds more pages inside. she’s been drawing her ocs since she was a kid, placing herself beside the characters in her favourite fandoms, and she takes the creative process very seriously.
⋆ believed that all of the spooky creepypasta media that she consumed as a kid, was genuinely real. slenderman and the proxies? real, and she persistently head-cannoned them with silly family dynamics as if they aren’t a bunch of psycho serial killers. sirenhead? real. she would look intently between the trees, all paranoid and trying to spot him. the backrooms? absolutely real. she also convinced herself that if she fell into them, she would get out unscathed because she’s “built different.”
⋆ would say something so chronically online to vi with a straight face, that her sister was genuinely confused to wether she was on something for a moment, before coming back to herself and realising that it’s jinx and what else would it be but some dumb internet thing that she’ll be obsessed with for the next week, until she completely forgets about it and moves onto something else.
⋆ miraculously still alive even though she runs on zero sleep with only energy drinks in her system that are practically neon and definitely a biohazard. when she drinks out of cans and just decides on throwing them onto the floor, even after caitlyn bought a trash can for her room, whenever she’s scolded for it she says that they’re decoration…
⋆ was convinced that she was a werewolf as a kid, and had to hide the secret from her family. she would literally wear a headband with grey, fluffy wolf ears and stare at the moon like she was plotting something, and still pretended like she was subtle about it. laughs and spreads around the dumb alpha werewolf memes now as she desperately tries to forget about her little era.
⋆ when she grew up slightly and left her werewolf phase, she simply entered a vampire one. she would binge watch the lost boys and sometimes indulge in the twilight movies, but only to laugh at the cullens and say to herself “they’re not the real deal,” like she didn’t obsessively listen to those old vampire subliminal message videos on youtube to turn into a vampire overnight.
⋆ wrote corny fan-fictions, which again, she’s trying to forget. but that’s difficult when people online still beg for her to finish her fics even though she hasn’t updated in years.
⋆ goes through phases every few months where she binge watches impractical jokers religiously. there’s a part of her that kinda ships q and sal, and feels maternal over murr when he goes through the crazy punishments. she always said that if she were to get a ferret, she would name it murr. like many other things, vi is always victim to her impractical jokers phase when it comes back around, and gave up a long time ago trying to decode what she’s saying or figuring out if she’s making fun of her. vi’s irritation when jinx calls her “tanka jahari,” and asks if she would “order a whole pizza for herself,” for the sixth time that day, just makes her younger sister laugh and encourages her antics all the more. (she also has a flag of sal in her room with the picture that he hates printed onto it… she thinks it’s comedic gold).
⋆ went through a sally face phase when she was younger, and got attached to him because she saw herself in the character, (and because they both had blue hair). was absolutely destroyed when he was executed. literally sobbing like she just lost a family member.
⋆ dramatically clutches her head in her hands when she remembers that the spirits possessing the fnaf animatronics really are just children. despises william afton with a burning passion. would try and “channel” the children, because again, she’s “built different,” and was totally convinced that she could be their friend and help them.
⋆ throws around the terms “poser” and “new gen” way too much, and she’s super annoying with reaction pictures. she’ll say something so random and dumb just as an excuse to use one that she’s been impatiently waiting to use, sometimes she won’t even bother and just send them randomly with zero context.
⋆ after caitlyn lectured her about breakfast, saying that she needed a real and energising meal to start the day, jinx emptied a colourful cereal into a bowl and proceeded to pour an orange energy drink on-top of it in replacement of milk. caitlyn was horrified when she watched jinx try some, and decided to forget about the entire lecture when she said “yummy!”
⋆ was one of those kids in middle school who would hold a pencil up to her arm to pretend she was doing drugs. a total attention seeker.
⋆ was a scene kid when she was thirteen. would tease her hair and bangs, had a ton of different coloured clip-in extensions with fun patterns on them to go between every day, would glue on fake piercings since she wasn’t allowed to get any crazy ones yet, stacks on stacks of colourful beaded bracelets, raccoon-striped hair enthusiast, it’s a miracle how the front pieces of her hair are still intact with the amount of dye that they were victim of. she still never really let go of the music. similarly, she’s consistently listened to nightcore, blasting it from her laptop at 2am after she promised vi and cait she would go to sleep early for once. also got ear ache one time and was convinced she had burst an ear drum after having her music pounding through her headphones the whole night.
⋆ has a bunch of random russian songs in her playlist even though she can’t understand a single word. it sounds cool, so it doesn’t matter to her.
⋆ analog horror truther. likes to watch them at night even when it creeps her out. no other words, she’s just weird like that.
⋆ powder was a mlp infection girl. naturally, she drew her own pony ocs in her notebook, spending hours on writing her characters lore and making sure they fit into the plot nicely. jinx would then definitely post dumbass videos like this one years later like she doesn’t go down the rabbit hole again every once in a while. she’s sentimental and a sucker for nostalgia, even if a lot of the stuff from her childhood cringes her out nowadays.
⋆ speaking of weird horses, jinx decides on yelling “is that the horse from horsin’ around?” whenever she sees a brown horse with white on it’s face, or “what is this? a crossover episode?” when she’s in the same room as the same people she literally sees everyday of her life. #bojackbrainrotted, #caitvicantcatchabreak. also loves this meme, thinks it’s relatable.
⋆ owns converse, and they are absolutely destroyed, but she just can’t let them go. she only wore new ones once she was forced into it by her sister after she watched as the sole came off while jinx was walking… she of course had to decorate them with her own colour and doodles, and when they still didn’t feel right, she kicked and punched them around her room until they were “broken in.” she would have preferred to keep her old ones, but vi was making a little sense with the condition that they’re in, and she would probably cry if they literally fell to pieces, so she settled on placing them safely in her bedroom, happily on show like a beloved memento.
⋆ was a reddit user for years. deleted it, but still logs in via google sometimes. enough said.
⋆ caseoh stan and is an avid watcher of him. quotes him daily, thinks he’s the funniest person ever and laughs obnoxiously during his streams. says shit like: “he’s my spirit animal,” “here he comes world, be kind!” “his death was so unnecessary,” “he’s only three apples tall…” (again with her being chronically online).
