This #workoutwednesday is bringing you what my #powerandstrength students hate to love and love to hate on Thursday nights. I bring you #cardiocore EMOM. In my Thursday night, Power and Strength class we usually perform at least 3-4 minutes of this EMOM once a class (if not, more.) EMOM= every minute on the minute. Everyone time a new minute starts you perform these next three exercises as fast as you can. The quicker you go, the longer you have to rest. Once you finish with the three exercises, you rest until the next minute starts.
