if you're arguing with a 21st century Jew (or even as far back as a Roman era Jew) and you start talking about "Yahweh," you're not having a serious conversation about the Jew's beliefs.

no Jew has any idea who that is. we don't recognize the scholarly reconstruction of the Name as anywhere near certain enough for us to accept it as such. nor do we believe in pronouncing the Name even if we knew how to.
