So when I was twelve, I had an OC for the 2003 Teen Titans cartoon. I decided to redesign her and make her Wil’s/Red Hood Jr’s half sister. With a repost of when Wil first arrived to Earth for reference.

When I was a kid, PowerHeart wore pink and a skirt. I learned a bit more about Tamaranean culture (ish) and also decided that shorts just looked better. But look how polar opposite they already are hehe (PowerHeart is not aware of what Wil went through. Wil doesn’t (yet) know the former exists).
