Today's clean complex. 1 power position, 1 above the knee, 1 below the knee starting at 60% and increasing for 6 sets. I started at 140, this is my last at 185. I'm not sure if my #powerposition is quite power position enough, I dipped pretty low. Otherwise I feel like I got under the bar pretty good.
