Tamagotchi Uni Modified with On/Off Switch
Admit it, you wish the Tamagotchi Uni had an on/off switch. It’s a bit frustrating that this is not yet a feature, and perhaps can be added to the Tamagotchi Uni in the future via a software update. One member of the Tamagotchi community, Orange_night on Reddit actually modified their Tamagotchi Uni and installed an on/off switch!
The physical switch was installed on the left-hand side of the Uni. They claim that the process is super easy, and the best part is that you do not lose any of your progress when the Tamagotchi Uni is switched to off. Apparently time just stops and you pick up exactly where you left off. When the power turns back on, you need to select “Continue” and not “Reset” so that you do not lose your data.
