I have very mixed feelings about the Joker pregnancy

i mean yeah same LOL im such an mpr*g h8r... but sometimes the stories choose you. im a tortured artist.... </3

i AM in fact reading your postpartum depression joker series!!!!!!! i was going to comment there eventually to give my compliments to the chef but how wonderful that you saw my post because i'm compelled to start saying some of it NOW! there's a feeling of expansive (WITH an A) giddy chaos baked into it thats so rare and so electrifying i really did almost start crying i laughed so hard. truly a CONFECTION 🍰

hehehhehehehe thank you!! a creature of giddy chaos is exacccctly who joker is to me so i’m glad it came across in the fic 💚 let’s go women and queer people in traditionally/stereotypically male-dominated fan spaces!!!! personally i think we’re more correct in our interpretations. at the VERY least we’re more fun (see: me and my 50 year old dad both liking batman, the (old) mcu, and star wars but for vastly (VASTLY!!!!) different reasons) (i once floated obikin by him and he stared at me in confusion and said “what? but they tried to kill each other?” so)

i also very much appreciate that u laughed so hard u cried … i solely write things in order to make myself laugh and sometimes i fear ppl think im attempting to say something serious/deep in my work but trust im always doing it for the bit (even if inadvertently something serious / deep slips in)

in doing the bare minimum of research for my ppd joker series, i have inadvertently tricked my phone into thinking *I* have postpartum depression. this has resulted in many ads for ppd drugs and ppd awareness from new moms! i feel like a real part of the ppd community ❤️ momma youre doing great
