syringe: someone you trust with everything: My siblings, especially my sisters. They’re very supportive and although judgemental, it’s in a nice, we want the best for you kind of way. And my best friend from college.

plush: your favorite childhood toy: Probably Legos. I really like making things and we had a huge tote of Legos that we’d just dump and spread out all over the floor. It was fantastic.

velvet: your favorite era for fashion and aesthetics: Does steampunk count? I like the look of Victorian Era type stuff, but I wouldn’t actually want to wear it. If we’re talking fashion I’d actually like to wear, then shorts and a t-shirt, I have no fashion. I do tend to wear a lot of cool colors. As my little sis told me just yesterday “You don’t have style.”

french vanilla: what does love feel like to you?

Overwhelming, generally. An ache in my chest that hurts in fondness. The knowledge that I care so deeply and so much for that person and I can’t stop smiling around them. Warm, really really warm. Honestly it sort of comes out of nowhere at the randomest of moments and the person could be doing the tiniest of things and I just have to stop and think wow, I really love this person.

sage: if you could give someone one piece of life advice, what would it be?

Don’t let your mental illness rule your life. I know it’s hard and not as easy as it sounds, but you will honestly look back years later and wonder why you never took so and so opportunity or regret it. My anxiety and depression has held me back from a lot.

Also, do your schoolwork. Don’t let yourself get in the way of achieving academically.

white ginger: if money wasn’t a concern, how would you decorate your room?

I want a bed with a canopy! I always have, they’re so romantic. Plants everywhere, too many stuffed animals to name. Art all over the walls, wood dressers and a vanity. A large bed with floral sheets and a view out my window of a garden.
