THANK YOU to everyone that's liked, commented, supported, and helped me with my daily asana quest for 2016!! It hasn't been a perfect year and nor has this project; I mistakenly did a handful of poses more than once and I definitely missed my daily post far too many times!! Tripod headstand is a pose I've been struggling with/afraid of for the past couple years; I've blamed it on my neck issues (I feel like my neck is just CRUNCHING in this pose) but lately I've been dabbling in it and it's felt fine. I'm a bad yogi and I'm always marveling at how my classmates just pop up into this with such ease. I, on the other hand, get into a tripod with my knees on my elbows and I literally don't know how to move my body from there.
