On Sunday, after having slept long enough to get rid of the hangover I didn’t have (aah to be young!), I went over to my BF’s house. She bought it this summer and was painting and cleaning it before she moved in. Since I wouldn’t be at the housewarming, I suggested to help her paint.
That day, she wanted to paint her entrance hall and she wanted everything white, ceiling and walls. We had never painted walls before in our lives, but it couldn’t be that hard, right? The biggest challenge was getting the ladder inside the hall. It looked like a small bridge on which you can stand so you can reach the ceiling. It was, funny, but we got it in there. Thank God my BF is smart, she suggested we cover our hair to not get paint on it if we accidentally bump the painted ceiling. A rag and a mask to cover your mouth had to do. We looked stupid but who cared! Praised be!
