Praise
The energy it takes to educate, play sports and be in relationships, requires support from family, teachers and coaches. When we start to “feel” accomplishment, we seek praise from those around us, praise carries our endeavors to new heights. The more praise we receive as a child builds self esteem that catapults us to win the high jump.
Praise is energy, moving us more effectively with feelings of joy, making positive outcomes. The success that comes from praise constructs better foundations for us to believe in ourselves. When we feel, “not alone” and “have support”, we conquer whats ahead. Praise is a 2 way street, to receive praise, we need to give praise.
