To those who lost their lives in the Las Vegas Shooting

With everything that's going on in the world, all the hate and crimes, mass tragedies and anger between people, states and countries....all the lives that were lost and incredible amount of tears from the mass number of broken hearts.... it's sad, it's heart breaking.... because there is not enough LOVE, there is not enough recognition that there is GOD! How do we make a change when we are just ordinary people? I'm just a MOM... a single MOM.... trying to raise a little boy. But I know that time will come, this little boy will no longer just a "little boy" ....he will be a man, a grown man! And when that time comes, I would like to look at him and whisper to myself.... "You did a great job".... Maybe we can start making a difference from our home...maybe we can start really trying to remember that making a difference can actually happen....one child at a time, one heart at a time, one household at a time....ONE PRAYER AT A TIME....maybe if we can all remember that all of us are capable to making a change like this...maybe we can start lighting that HOPE brighter! I was awoke this morning by my husband telling me my family was safe, but there was a mass shooting in Vegas. It took me a bit to shake off my sleep and connect the dots. My aunt & uncle, sister and her boyfriend were attending the concert in Las Vegas where the shooting occurred. I'm grateful they are all okay...acknowledging I could have been waking with very different news this morning. Also, understanding there are 50+ families that did receive that news and 400 + more injured. Today with a heavy heart I will praying for Vegas and all families affected by his tragic event ❤️🙏 #prayerforvegas #prayingforvegas
