Summary:
In the aftermath of the battle against Ultron, Steve and his team live at the Avengers Compound. There's missions to be run, people to track down – but it's not what Steve really wants. No, what he wants more than anything is to find Bucky; but Bucky's trying to get used to civilian life again in Romania. And that's when the Sokovia Accords come rolling around.
Welcome to part 6 of the series! This time around, we'll cover everything that happens between the start of Avengers: Age of Ultron and the end of Captain America: Civil War. Which means – and I know we've all been waiting for this – the reunion is finally happening!
As for my posting schedule – well, with the series now completely written and edited, I think it's about time I start updating several times a week, not just on Fridays. Hope that's good news for everyone.
Chapter 25: 16 May 2016
Snippet:
“What the hell is this?” he asks the guy, way calmer than he feels right now. But he can feel his poker face slipping away.
“Why don't we discuss your home?” What, is he just gonna keep on going like nothing's going on? What the fuck is this? “Not Romania. Certainly not Brooklyn, no. I mean your real home.”
And seriously, fuck this guy –
That's when Bucky sees what he’s just pulled out of his bag. And –
Everything... shuts... down.
It's a red book. Black star on the cover.
Cold shivers run down Bucky’s spine like bursts of electricity.
No. Please no, god –
The guy takes off his glasses, gets up, switches on a flashlight, and opens the book.
And then, as he's walking closer, he starts reading. “Желание.”
