Heyya, I really like Vaxus Trevelyan here! We have seen him and his adorable new family depicted many times, but we have never seen his original family before. You know, when everything was fine. Say, may we see Vaxus with his sibings and parents when he was a child/teen? I'm very curious about what he inherited from who, what colors they have, much appreciated if you make it happen someday! :)

I’m aware we didn’t see much of his past, but I wasn’t aware it’s something anyone would like to see. He’s from quite big family - having 3 sis and 3 brothers - designing them all plus parents would probably kill me, but I don’t rule that out and might do some content for them!

I think it creates fun contrast between Vax’s fam vs Dorian’s who is an only child. They really do come from different places. And Trevelyans reunions are always wild 😏

For now I can tell that Vax always felt closer to his sisters, especially Val and Camille (oldest sis). But his relationships with olders brother were always strained - he was always envious of Vax’s youngest child lack of responsibilities, quite ironic considering Inquisition.

When Ostwick mages started to fight each other, templar recruit, Trevelyan, ignored his orders and ran into the Circle Tower in hopes to find his sister. He found Valerin near the body of Senior Enchanter Lydia. Her mentor was killed before her very eyes. Vaxus menaged to get her and few other mages into safety, leaving the Order behind. His only goal was to protect Val anyway.

Featuring Valerin and Camille. Vax usually took all the blame on himself to cover for Val. Cam is his eldest sister. She’s a great warrior by the way, and thought her younger siblings fighting basics.

Spill it, Vax, what's your favorite memory when you and Val were young?

I remember it was the beggining of a very cold and long Winter. I woke Val up early that day to show her the snow lying outside. We got dressed in hurry and then we kept playing all morning until mother finally fetched us for a late breakfast. I had a runny nose for the next few days but it was worth it. Maker, these were simpler times.
