After a moment of thought he says, “I don’t understand the question.” He takes a couple steps towards the strange being in front of him having been told that a conversation is held with someone approximately 3 feet from you, to do otherwise is considered rude. Alfred has taught him many things, but 7 forgot to ask, at the time, what is meant by ‘feet’ so he is now standing about 3 chicken feet away from Fearling’s face, “What does ‘annoying’ mean?”
