And the last of the Olympia openers are done. Last 2 weeks was a struggle getting this to touch. We made some shirt adjustments and BOOM! There it is. 595 on the bar. Ive gained about 10lbs this cycle to accommodate the squat, but had a profound effect on my bench. Lifting single ply at max loads is an art and not for the weak of heart. My raw bench is about 415, in my shirt ill exceed that by 200lbs. If you doubt yourself in this game even for a second, it can result in critical failure. No time to be a pussy.
