Guys, I found my old Prebendverse stuff. Some of it is great. Some of it is cringe. I'm rewriting music and words for Stay With Me. Ugh. Why must it pull me back in now? How many years has it been?
Okay. Moving right along...

Another scene that I HAVE ACTUALLY WRITTEN! The Beth/Ed don’t leave me scene!
Questions I ask myself about my own writing “tropes”:
What is it with me and writing female characters who watch over vulnerable male characters while they sleep?
Oh God, this is not how it was supposed to go. No, no, no, no, no!
But on the other hand, absolutely GOLDEN screencapping for TYFS! Torrance Coombs, bless you and your expressive face!
Lola, I love you! Such a strong female character, and I think that's why I prefer you for my dreamcast of Brie in Prebendverse.
*hugs tight* love you lots, my friend. -BlueAloe
Thanks, Blue. It's been a very stressful week. I'll post more original stuff soon, promise!
(And prebendverse is invading my brain! This needs to get written, I just wish I had the time to do so!)
Why is it I have my best writing ideas in bed?
I know this is a common problem.
Just gotta get this one out here.
PREBENDVERSE SPOILERS BELOW! BLUEALOE, PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Is she gone?
Okay, so I figured out why losing Matthew is so traumatic for Beth. It's because Luke died the same way. Well, not the same way but ALMOST. For Beth, it all comes back to Luke. For Ed, it all comes back to Hal. That's why both of those deaths need to have a major presence in TYFS. Both of them are marked by loss, and to a certain extent, that determines the arc of the novels (as yet regrettably unwritten).
Francis? Oh, honey, you're going to crack under all this pressure soon.
:-(
But given that, you are giving me delightful fodder for prebendverse.
