Search Etsy for Portal Studs. That's where they are. I think they are around $70ish. Not sure if that's the only place on the web to get them.
Aaaaah now I know where to buy them I want them even more!
With postage to the UK it works out at about $80 (or £50) ...which is more than I've ever spent on earrings in my life, but they're SO FREAKING COOL ...and I did just get paid....What do you think tumblr, should I get them?
This time of year can get folks down. "What's the point?" they say. I've had bad thoughts before. Trick is to focus outwards, and don't think inwards so much. In down times make a point to go to the zoo. Watching hummingbirds is always a fun thing to do. Or just walking through Skyrim. That's more soothing than it has a right to be.

I wish it were only this time of year, and not the past however many years of my life, but depression does that to you. It's not just this time of year--and it's less that I'm wondering what the point of it all is (I can quite rationally see the point, no prob), but it's more along the lines of "i may or may not have been struggling with clinical depression for at least five years at this point and this is the first time in my life a doctor has even vaguely listened to me about it."
Alas, I'm stuck in school until the 22nd, and have finals for the rest of the week, and then I'm back home dealing with familial problems and with no way to get out of the house. Aaaaand I have little to no motivation to even open skyrim or anything that used to make me happy/adequately distract me due to the aforementioned "i literally am so flooded with depression i honest to god think about downing my entire bottle of valium every day" kind of deal.
Bluh. Sorry for ranting and whining! The point is--thank you for the suggestions on ways to distract myself or cheer myself up. c: If I had the ability to get out of my living situation (no car) and stuff like that, I wish so much I could go to the zoo or go on a hike or something. I really do need a break, but...that's not gonna happen til the summer, I don't think.
The World Cosplay Summit. From NDK's website it sounds like resumes have to be turned in soon, but the actual costumes don't have to be finished until Feb 2013 for Katsucon. Is that correct? Is there a timeline for deadlines? Thank you.

Resumes need to be in but they have to be ready to perform at NDK, unless they wanna compete with unfinished stuff.
Costumes don't have to be perfect, but I wouldn't recommend that.
