I’m on a robot prey kick, leave me alone. Consider this a prequel to the Desperate, Delicious Creature thing. Also. For the sake of this continuity, imps are MUCH smaller. Like. Say about six or eight inches tall. Like they are in most folklore.

Summary: Vega needs to help the Slayer with his predatory cravings.

VEGA was staring through the cameras at the Doom Slayer, and he knew that there was something wrong he wasn’t telling him. The Slayer had insisted that it wasn’t the stress of getting the Fortress in proper condition for space travel or Doctor Hayden’s betrayal back in the mars base. 

Since there was enough flora on this planet and food in storage to meet his dietary needs for at least two months, the only thing that VEGA could think of that was causing the Slayer so much discomfort was the unfortunate side effects of his powers. 

The need to take in live prey. 

On a planet with no animals that could satisfy his hunger, VEGA could see how this was going to be a problem. It made the Slayer unfocused and irritable. 

So, he would have to find a way to help. “Slayer, if I managed to find a way to satisfy your predatory cravings, would that be helpful?” 

He glanced up at the camera and then down at himself. After a second, he nodded. 

“I will begin looking for a solution.” 

According to all the files that the UAC had found regarding the Slayer’s predatory cravings, it would seem he normally satisfied his hunger by eating the smaller demons that Hell had to offer. There were no demons on this planet, and no other animals to take their place, so that was not an option. Perhaps if VEGA could make some kind of synthetic prey that could be easily swallowed and regurgitated, then it would be able to satisfy his hunger. 

However, based on what little the Slayer had talked about it, there needed to be some kind of internal stimulation, moving prey, for it to be properly satisfying. VEGA would need to make the drone move. He could probably pilot it either remotely or by connecting fully to a drone.

He started to get to work on some designs. He wanted to have an array for the Slayer to choose from.

‘Are you sure about this?’ The Doom Slayer signed, nervously staring down at a five inch tall robot. 

“I’m positive.” The tiny drone that Vega was piloting walked forward until he was standing almost on the edge of the console. “I designed this body to help satisfy your cravings for prey and help you focus on your missions.” 

The drone did look like it wouldn’t be too hard to get down. It’s outer shell was all smooth plastic, nothing that would scrape at his mouth or throat. It was thin, and Vega assured him that he wouldn’t move until he was safe in his stomach. Still. He didn’t want to hurt Vega. He could control his stomach mostly, but it was always hard bringing prey back up. 

“We could wait a bit if you aren’t ready.”

He shook his head and carefully lifted Vega up under the arms. It felt so strange knowing that Vega was in his hand. He would never get used to this. 

Carefully, he opened his mouth and started to slide the little drone inside, head and hands first. There wasn’t much taste, it was just smooth plastic sliding over his tongue. He eased Vega about halfway in when he heard Vega make a small exclamation out of the drone’s body. 

He paused, mouth open, and made a questioning noise. Had he hurt him?

“I apologize if I startled you. It’s just a very… interesting angle I have in this body. Please continue.” 

He eased more of Vega in until he was near the back of his tongue and then started to swallow. The little drone slid quite smoothly into his throat, and instincts easily took over in getting this blockage out of his mouth. 

A hand flew to his chest as the drone squeezed down his esophagus. He swore he could feel Vega’s tiny body nudge aside his internal organs before the weight pooled comfortably into his first stomach. His hand slipped lower to rest comfortably against Vega’s deliciously heavy body. 

“Is this alright for you, Slayer?” His voice sounded so soft and delicate when it was muffled by his stomach. 

He nodded, then blinked. Wait. Vega couldn’t see him right now. He lifted up his shirt to expose his stomach, like that would somehow help. 

After a minute, it seemed Vega noticed it too. “Oh. Uhm… one tap for no, two taps for yes.”

He softly patted his stomach twice, and Vega seemed to take it as proper confirmation.

“I might have to have an external camera connected to this body so I can still see your hands for more efficient communication.”

He just pushed his shirt back down and went to work on his weapons while Vega got settled inside of him. He couldn’t admit it right now, but it felt so wonderful to feel Vega’s soft movements inside of him. His cravings felt quite satisfied with Vega shifting to a comfortable sitting position against one of the walls, and after a few minutes, Vega started rubbing at the walls. 

The Slayer might have put his weapons aside to just lay his head on his arms for a minute. Belly rubs felt so nice.

E io vorrei che mi raccontasse tutto di sua madre, delle domeniche che passa in chiesa a credere, di che cosa pensa quando prega, del perché a volte litiga con il fratello o le sorelle, di come fa la pace.
