so im officially pregnant!! i had my confirmation appointment on monday and i go back in for another blood draw on the 1st! my due date is july 23rd!!
I've found, in my journey into pregnancy, how asinine it is that there so few actually trialed, tested, safe over-the-counter medications for common ailments during pregnancy. While I understand the importance of a medical professional monitoring everything for the safety of the baby, it's insane that I'm fighting with my doctor and pharmacy (in a series of very unfortunate miscommunications) to get my regular-ass inhalers refilled -- a medication I've had consistently since I was 9 years old, and having to use a combination of nebulized solution (very inconvenient and can't travel with) and an OTC medication that there aren't any definitive human studies on to manage such a common ass condition. With all of the warnings saying not being able to breathe is more dangerous than most HFA medications. Shit is fucked. And I can't call the triage nurse until Monday.
me, a famously slow eater, just destroyed a large sub and a vitamin water in like 7 minutes and then took a 6 hour nap. and im still tired.
i had such a long and tiring day today. and im feeling anxious and restless now. tomorrow is going to be a long day, but i hope it goes by quickly.
neil has been talking about moving to a different place. i get why he wants to (cheaper on rent) but the idea of packing and moving again so soon stresses me the fuck out. even if it means we'd be better set up financially. so i asked him to not clue me in until it's basically a done deal because i cant handle another thing on my plate right now
