Pregnancy is just a preview of what you're going to be like as an old person.

Your back hurts, your body's doing weird things, you need naps, people are worried about you falling down the stairs. You get emotional about weird things. You get a lot of unsolicited and often incorrect health advice.

Like, I've been staying as physically active as possible because I have a professional understanding of why that's important, and I pretty much do what I want activity-wise. I have a sense of urgency about traveling and finishing creative projects, but also want to take a nap all the time. This a hundred percent tracks with what I'll probably be like as an eighty-year-old.
