I've been under the radar for a while. It's been an interesting 8 - 9 weeks. This whole experience feels all new to me even though I have two gorgeous little girls to show for it. Lord I know my boys are making an entrance Ohh. I confess it and I believe it. Oh well this is me trying to stay on course. I haven't been doing as much as I used to but I try to get in some exercise 3 or 4 times a week. Yesterday the Doctor told me to reduce how much I exercise n go easy on weight training so my resistance band will get to work a lot more now than usual until after 12weeks.
