Heartless Excerpt/Stars Above Preorder Offer

Did anyone else get the Stars Above preorder offer where you got that little tlc phone stick-on pouch and in the pouch came a code to unlock an excerpt from Heartless? Because I got that months ago and I’ve been trying the code on the website it said for the past several weeks but it keeps saying the password is incorrect? I don’t really know what to do haha I just would really  like to read that excerpt and I don’t know why it’s saying that the code is wrong when I’m typing it exactly as it says? And I’m not even sure who to ask to solve this. Maybe @thelunarchroniclesbooks would know? Is anyone else having this same problem? Because I would feel a little silly emailing the publisher over this but if it’s affecting many people I guess I could try?
