Three months had passed and Erza and Elmo couldn’t be happier, as to her request Alex wasn’t seen or heard from and with time Erza had put that incident in the back of her mind, refusing to allow that day to ruin her time with her beloved. Elmo, on the other hand, did not forget. But he never asked not wanting to force anything on her. But another thought, a dream he kept on seeing every night. A family with his beloved Erza, every night that dream gave him so much happiness. He knew it was too soon- too early but he didn’t care. Just for once, for one selfish moment, he wanted to ask his beloved for a family. Children of his own, if she denied then he would not push, he would wait. But right now- he wanted to ask.

Elmo: “Hey...Erza- Ahem. I’ve just been wondering..”

Erza: “Hmm? What is it?”

Elmo: “I-I know we haven’t been dating for a. long time...and we aren’t even married and I might be rushing things but..I know that you are the one for me, my only love and I was just wondering..how do you like the idea of starting a family?”

Erza froze getting up from her seat looking to Elmo with wide eyes, trying to process what she had just heard and then tried to figure out if she was dreaming or if he was joking.

Erza: “Was that a joke?”

Elmo: “N-No! No god no! Why would I joke about something like that?!”

Elmo now stood up going closer to his beloved, holding onto her hand squeezing it tightly.

Elmo: “I’m a hundred per cent serious. I want to start a family with you..”

Erza: “Y-Yes! I don’t care if we haven’t been dating long or that we aren’t married! I love you so much and I-I’ve always...I-I’ve always wanted-”

Tears of pure happiness fell down her cheeks and Elmo was quick to wipe them away so that no one saw her tears. He smiled softly caressing her cheek leaning in close

Elmo: “Then how about we go upstairs, my love..I’ll show you how much I love you”
