Here is the day to present to you the beginnings of my last project! It's been a while since I thought about it and I took advantage of the time imposed by the confinement to move into action.

The first Art Nouveau-inspired headdress, we made it with Yoann for our wedding. I wanted a personal Art Nouveau headdress to go with my beautiful sea green dress. We were surprised and deeply touched by the success it received! We had so many requests to buy one, that I finally opened a "headdress" section on my Etsy store.

Since then, I got caught up in the game of creation and I imagined other Art Nouveau-inspired headdresses. And necklaces to have adornments. These days have allowed me to realize them.

However, these headdresses are not just artistic creations in my opinion. The first was born from love, and their destiny is to be worn on special, extraordinary, unique occasions. Often linked to parties, life events, where you are surrounded by people you love.This made me want to present these new creations to you in a different way. In a more lively setting, by sharing these moments with people I appreciate or by meeting other people I did not know but with whom I share the desire to create something beautiful and a common aestheticism. Privileged moments with my friends or meeting outside of time.

I loved creating the moods and stories of my "character-friend-models" to accompany my headdresses. I learned a lot from the video, did some tests with my own image and made a few mistakes. It was a little intimidating to take all these risks.

But, if the artistic aspect is not always in the foreground in these videos, know that behind these images, there are really nice moments and sharing moments, and at this current period that makes sense to me.

I hope that this will allow you to discover the new collection in a different way, in a more lively and complete way and that you will let yourself be carried away by the aesthetic atmosphere.And for those who would like to acquire one of these headdresses, I hope that these videos and photos will answer all your questions and that it will allow you to see them worn on different faces, different skin tones, colors, and hair types.

New edit on an older set : "Persephone" from 2016 in Rochefort en terre.  I'm working to get closer to the color palette of Waterhouse, without doing the same thing, which would be futile. What do you think of this new version?

(ENG)  Intensive learning of the cyanotype process with @vera_eikona and @annelou.buzot these last days. Thank you 🤩! I'm so much happy and enthusiastic about this technique straight out of the 19th century. I was able to experience it on two of my photos. There is no doubt about it, it's an other charm than a digital print! Silhouette lost in the night 🌙 Now I will need a lot of perseverance to assimilate all this knowledge and continue this learning... What do you think? . . Maintenant il va me falloir beaucoup de persévérance pour assimiler toutes ces connaissances et pour suivre cet apprentissage... Vous en pensez quoi ?

The prints of “Psyche”  are now available in my webshop ! Sorry for the waiting :)  Limited A3 edition of 30 copies, signed and numbered. High quality prints on Hahnemuehle Fine Art Baryta paper, 325gsm, with satin finish and deep blacks. This series was made in Italy in a magnificent palace in Florence.

The Pre-Raphaelite movement is, for Yoann and me, one of our favorite movements for a long time. Our library is full of the books we find about them, even if we are still looking for some treasures (such as a large, exhaustive book on Waterhouse's work, a book about Grimshaw's work or the genial Edward Robert Hughes).

Of all the Pre-Raphaelites, Burne-Jones is probably my favorite.

We came to London especially to see his exhibition at the Tate Britain... and we were not disappointed! More on my blog !
