I like the fan-theory that Thedas’s moon, which indeed is way too large for a moon, actually is the planet Klendagon from Mass Effect with its “scar” and the distinctive craters above it. This would follow that Thedas is on Klendagon’s moon, Presrop, at a time when it was habitable.
