As you can probably tell, I'm experimenting with some HDR editing techniques today, with Googles Nik Collection. If you need a powerful photo editing software, download it now. It used to be $150, but now it's FREE! I'm not yet sure how I feel about HDR...it makes the colors and depth really interesting and vibrant, but in a pretty unrealistic way. When I'm not taking straightforward news shots for the paper, I'll probably play around with structure and HDR to make the colors and details pop.
