Crazy to think how much my anxiety has improved over the last few years, this would've been unthinkable for me even just 4 to 5 years ago where I couldn't even leave my house cause of my anxiety and my intrusive thoughts had full control over my life... I guess the fear of letting my life slip away from me is stronger than the fear of everything else lmao
