Tomorrow is my first shift at my new job

Wish me luck, I am going to urgent care today because the lymphnode on my neck to the left is swollen, and a few weeks ago I went for my right lymphnode and was given doxycycline for a week which i finished, but now my left is swollen and I'm just pretty anxious and really hope they can tell me whats going on..
