Hi. Could you answer these for the pretty word asks, if it isn't too much of a bother.
1. petrichor; do you like the rain or do you prefer the sun? who would you compare to the rain and the sun?
2. aesthete; do you have a favorite art-piece (painting, sculpture, piece of literature, poem, etc.)? what is it?
5. euphoria; what would make you extremely happy right now?
Sending me asks isn’t ever a bother to me! Thank you so much for sending these asks to me @hellbubu!
(The asks can be found from here.)
1. petrichor; do you like the rain or do you prefer the sun? who would you compare to the rain and the sun?
I like the rain more, because the sound of it is very calming to me. Plus, I burn easily on the sun…^^’
Hmm, sun makes me think Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach and naturally that leads to the symbolism of IchiRuki. I mean, while Ichigo is often compared to the sun, Rukia is compared to the moon. Yet there is also a poem from Ichigo’s pov where he says, “Thanks Rukia, because of you, the rain has stopped falling”. This made me think them.
Though, if I should compare someone to the rain, it would then be Konan from Naruto. I know Konan wields papers as her weapon, but because she is from Ame and Ame orphan, not to mention the rain was always in presence when something major happened in her life, I associate rain strongly to her.
2. aesthete; do you have a favorite art-piece (painting, sculpture, piece of literature, poem, etc.)? what is it?
Indeed I’ve. I’m very fond The Little Prince’s quote where the fox says: "One sees clearly only with the heart...anything essential is invisible to the eyes."
5. euphoria; what would make you extremely happy right now?
If I would get ghost-shaped pastries. There is this one shop that sells Halloween pastries that look like mini-ghosts and those are extremely cute, not to mention taste very good!
When I loved you my heart leaked onto pages in rhymes that sang an Autumn morning song. When I missed you the hurt so welled up in me that it poured out of my eyes and mouth into every beautiful word I’ve ever learned to say Honey, in the way you made me feel I found the best and worst of me. And I think they followed you out because now that you’re gone I’ve forgotten how to speak and to sing all the same.
