Valentine Pridd and centaur! Arno Savignac
from book series “Gleams of Aeterna”(”Otblesky Eterny ”) by Vera Kamsha
End of November Summary
So I finished NaNo in the sense that I wrote over 50,000 words - 62,096 to be specific. It's my third highest NaNo word count to date, and I'm pleased with that! I completely finished 2 of the 4 short stories I was doing (for those that don't know, I was writing about the origins of the four gods of Theede - Telamaine, Psione, Aello and Andi). Telamaine's and Aello's are 100% done (though not edited of course), and Tissa read Telamaine's and gave me a great compliment by saying "IT WAS SO SAD" which is what I was going for XD Andi's is maybe 40% finished, Psione's is getting completely scrapped and re-written.
I'm bummed I didn't write a single word the past week, but honestly, the end of this month turned out to be awful. I had two corporate visits in one week, worked 6 days in a row including two 11 hour days and three in a row at 6 AM (two of which were my 11 hour days), and I was literally too exhausted to write. So that really worked against me.
So I'd say the month was fairly successful. I'm sad I didn't finish all four stories, but Tissa's going to keep running sprints for me and keep me going until I finished both :D She's the best!
38,735 words into my NaNo Novel. I've finished two of the short stories - Aello and Telamaine are now done, and I'm about to move onto Psione. I am so happy with how this is coming out this year I don't even.
Sometimes I get a reminder that I really, truly could be a writer.
