as a wise woman once said, you can want who you want🌈🌈🌈
over the last 4 years i’ve attended 6 marches, 7 protests, and 2 sit ins. every single time i leave with a new perspective, bigger community, and intense motivation to continue to fight. every day i am in awe of the fact that i can do this with you in my heart. thank you for being vocal, intentional, and empathetic. hope you’re proud of me- i love you! 💘💓💕💗
happy pride month from your local gay swiftie annnddd taylor’s post made me cry a bit like wow
literally i was in tears
@taylorswift i love you so so so much. thank you for supporting the lgbtq community. it means a lot 🌈🌈
When it comes to feelings and when it comes to love and searching for someone to spend your whole life with...it's all just really, really delicate. 🏳️🌈✨
My names Tess, and this little cutie is Sabrina. I also have a lovely wife, and two more cats (not pictured). The reason I’m telling you all this is because I want you to know that it really does get better. I’m turning 30 at the end of the month, and I’ve been reflecting on my life lately. Those 18 years in the closet riddled my early 20’s with mental health issues and suicide idealation. I never expected to be around this long. But, since I’m here, I try to remind myself daily how important it is to love yourself. Sure there are bad times (IVF, loss, and a ton of strained family relationships don’t make it easy), but hey, at the end of the day: I found my person, have a roof over my head, health care, and a stable job. Keep moving forward because as time passes things will change. PRIDE is important, and so are you! Happy June 🌈
Dear Taylor,
I want to thank you again for all the amazing work you have done for the lgbtq+ community. I also want to thank you for the songs you’ve made. Each and every one of them has taught me an invaluable lesson about the world and about myself. Your words outside of your lyrics, such as in interviews and your poems, have helped me so much too. I struggle with anxiety. My home life isn’t great but has got better. I’ve been bullied at school. I get awfully lonely a lot of the time, especially being gay and closeted to the ‘real world’. Sometimes I feel like no one understands me and then I come online to tumblr and get to escape to the amazing community you’ve created aka ‘Swifties’. Everyone has their own story and there are so many outstanding people here. People understand me and I think you do too. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity of having such an unbelievably talented, down-to-Earth, smart and genuine role model. A lot of rainstorms get us clean. Those are the words that have stuck with me the most over the years. I may not be able to afford any merch but I will always be here for you, just like those words will always be there for me. The chances are you won’t see this message, with all the self-reblogging larger accounts, clogging up your feed however if you do know that I love and support you and will do endlessly.
Again, thank you for being there for me when no one else has been. - Shreya.
I was a Taylor stan starting in the Rep era and already I love this community so much. Wish I had gotten into it sooner. Here’s my bi face and first selfie ever! 💖💜💙
