A bit of the Arcane AU I plan to write.

For context: started as a Primal (by Tartakovsky) AU of Rise.

Yokai and Humans live in a primitive world. The turtles are natural-born Kappas of different species. Yoshi is basically Spear, who lost his family to a Wild Rogue Kappa (Tokka), but instead of befriending Fang the T-Rex, he ends up adopting four baby Kappa.

And here is my take on the Boys’ biological fathers:

Some tidbit of info abt them:

- they’re all fighting Tokka to protect their mates and their nests.

- These Kappa raise their young communally. Even between different species.

- Red’s dad is the one with the most scars because he takes danger head-on more so than the others.

- Orange’s dad has the most scarred shell and plastron due to box turtles retreating in their shell, so predators often bite/scratch at the shell

Ben 10 Primal AU

Setting: Earth, but humans never advanced past the stone, their natural predators still roam around along side Mammoths/other extinct animals from that era, most aliens consider the planet to be a "nature reserve".

Ben and the Omnitrix:

Ben (age 5) discovers the Omnitrix well learning to hunt and gather with his cousin Gwen, by their grandfather Max (he's in his 40s). The Omnitrix attached to his right arm and the first alien he turned into was Wildmutt. Max and Gwen thought he was a wolf at first.

The village of Bellwood thinks Ben is a witch/cursed by evil and shunned him for the most part. His immediate family still interacts with him and Max is trying to convince others that Ben's actually a sky god (they have no concept of aliens, but Max still had kids with Vendora and met aliens before).

The Primal Omnitrix acts as an advanced universal translator that can translate Vulpimancer speech or any animal species with similar intelligence.

Rook Blonko:

A white Sabertooth Tiger, that became friends with Ben as a cub. His fur is stained with blue dyes collected by Ben, so the Bellwood villagers wouldn't attack him.

Ben is small and light enough for Rook to carry on his back. He generally helps Ben to hunt and scares off any would be attackers or other animals that want to harm Ben or his family.

Albedo and his friends:

Primal Albedo is origin basically the same as Prime Albedo. Except when his Ultimtrix connected with the Omnitrix, that is what caused him to become a permanent shapeshifter. As punishment for meddling with Asmuth's experiment (he decided to study Ben's behaviour with and his village's reactions to the Omnitrix, instead of taking it back), Albedo is forced to live on earth without access to advanced technology. (He has to figure out how to make a radio himself without conventional resources, if he wants any illegal technology brought to earth.).

Albedo had tamed a Mammoth, a Hyacinth Macaw, and a black Grey Wolf, he named Hugh, Frigid, and Swamp-Foot (Swamps for short), respectively. They can all talk with Albedo as the Primal Ultimtrix was based off the Primal Omnitrix.

The people of Bellwood village think he's the witch/Shaman that cursed Ben. However since Albedo has advanced medical knowledge (he's still is a Galvan), they treat him with more respect and will ask/beg for his help when someone gets seriously sick or injured. Albedo though, has no interest in actually teaching any of the villagers, because he thinks they're stupid.

His relationship with Ben is difficult, since they are kind of friends, but Albedo still blames him for everything that went wrong in his life. Ben and Rook also tend to find ways to destroy, hinder, and/or cause general chaos, whenever he's trying to create advanced technology to help him escape earth. Hugh also gets Ben to destroy stuff when he thinks Albedo is close to leaving, because he doesn't want to lose his smart human friend and thinks Frigid and Swamps will leave him too if Albedo is gone.
