did anyone else see lila’s prime 8s merch when she was smashing the briefcase?? if the prime 8s exist but viktor and diego don’t then does that mean they never had a punk band?

Eudora Patch, who just did a background check on her new bf: Uh, I read on the internet that you used to be a part of—

Diego (sighs): yeah, the Umbrella Academy.

Eudora: actually I was more interested in the fact that you used to be in a BAND called the Prime 8’s lol. like wut.

Diego, visibly paling: oh no.

Eudora: 🎶i dOn’T wAnNa kiLL tHe pReSiDeNt🎶🎶🎶

Diego (spluttering): It was a political👏🏼statement👏🏼

a series of sketches from my umbrella academy phase (you better believe its coming back as season 2 gets closer) i was trying to figure out diego’s face because when i set out to draw the prime-8s poster i realized i hadnt tried drawing him yet

I really wanted to get the picture in my head perfect so there was many a sketch before i came to the final result and i love how it turned out (its still my lock screen)

Idk why... But in my head, I imagine that if TUATV introduce us to Diego and Vanya’s band it would have Vanya on the guitar, Diego on bass like in the comics... 

Klaus finds out about this wants to get involved! Can’t play an instrument to save his life! Even Vanya can’t teach him! Conjures up dead musicians to try to learn from them! (Mozart said that even though he’s deaf, he can tell the music sounds god awful) 

But they find out (for some reason) that he can shred it in tap dancing shoes! So in concerts, he provides percussion by just tapping his gay little heart out!!! 

Kind of like the tap dancer in the Post Modern Jukes Box cover of “Bad Romance”.
