Château Mongravey 2019 Dégusté le 11.06.2020 par Yves Beck Pourpre violacé. Quelle belle intensité dans ce bouquet qui met si bien les notes fruitées et la fraîcheur en avant. Invitantes notes de baies rouges, de menthe poivrée et d’eucalyptus. Caractère juteux et friand en bouche où je retrouve également une très belle intensité aromatique, jusqu’en finale. Ce vin a du pep et de la race. Il est content d’être là et ça se ressent ! Un Mongravey juteux, gourmand et convaincant.
