Making some primitive hunting arrows :) The arrow shaft is sitka spruce, the broadhead is bone (you'd be surprised how sharp these can get), the lumps of stuff beside it are beeswax and pine pitch (combined with heat to make glue) and a few wraps with deer sinew will hold it all in place. Chewing the sinew for a bit softens it and activates its natural glue. When it dries it shrinks and grips the arrow tight.
