Finished playing through Nod-Krai Act 1 to 6 in one sitting.

Brainrot for Flins and Durin incoming:

1. Fell in love with a Zombie/Undead trope. Reader finds themselves appearing in Wild Hunts and keeps on getting "killed" by Flins, only to reappear again in another Wild Hunt area. Over time reader manifests their own face (wild hunt monsters dont have faces) and Flins recognizes reader as someone he has "killed" before. Reader wants to find out why they arent able to pass to the realm of the dead and is instead stuck in Teyvat as a "zombie". Seeing as reader is an anomaly of the Wild Hunt, Flins feels responsible to help. Somewhere along the way they get attached to each other and instead of helping reader to find a way to cross over to the realm of the dead Flins is conflicted and tries to find a way to anchor reader to the living world instead.

2. Stuck as an inanimate object trope. In some twist of events, Flins gets stuck in his own lantern. He's unable to turn back into his humanoid form and begrudgingly goes a few days as a lamp. Luckily Varka comes looking for him after Flins doesnt show up to their meeting place. Varka knows just the person to help Flins out. Enter reader, expert on cursed artefacts and haunted objects. Reader needs a couple of materials to peform a lamp "exorcism" and she ends up venturing away from nod krai with flins the lamp just to get these "ingredeints". They form a bond along the way and at long last she performs the correct "exorcism" method and Flins pops right out of his lamp in his humanoid form. Unfortunately, due to some leftover abyssal energy in Flins' lamp, reader is now tainted with abyssal energy on account of helping Flins, and passes out right after the "exorcism" is finished.

3. Shy boy x outgoing girl trope. High school AU. Durin is the new transfer student, and as the outgoing and popular class president of your sophomore class, you take it upon yourself to get him integrated into your school. He's a little quiet, shy and awkward which makes him an easy target for upperclassmen bullies. One day you run into him being cornered by a bunch of seniors and you bravely step in to protect him, telling the seniors to pick on someone their own size/age. Durin is embarrassed but also very thankful. Fast forward to a few weeks later its your turn to get badgered by the SAME upperclassmen, Durin is the one who runs into you this time and he braves his way into protecting you. Once it was all over he turns to you, all flustered and says that he'll protect you to the ends of the Earth.

4. Durin/Albedo/Scaramouche x reader Reverse Harem. Durin was a fictional character created by Andersdotter (Mage M) in the story world of Simulanka, thereafter Albedo gave Durin a human body. Albedo is a synthetic human created by Rhinedottir. Scaramouche is a puppet created by an archon. These 3 have much in common, humanoid beings that were created and not "born". In the plains of Nod-krai reader awakens and seems to be able to find her way to Nasha Town. In her tattered clothes, Durin finds her and is unable to turn a blind eye to the fact that she clearly needs help. As the Nod Krai gang helps reader, they realize that reader doesn't have or doesn't know her name. She instead tells them the only information she knows about herself "I am a synthetic vessel, made human by my creator Master Dottore, my serial number is 1633" Scaramouche nearly kills her then and there, only to be stopped by the others. Later on they find that reader is a discarded experiment who managed to survive and Albedo volunteers to watch after her. Admittedly, Durin is also interested in helping her, seeing as he is also currently learning about the world, he thinks they can learn together. Scaramouche comes to terms with the fact that she isn't loyal to Dottore but still keeps his guard up and doubts a lot of the things she says, until one day where she saves Scaramouche from a significant Wild Hunt attack. So yeah just a story where 3 guys are interested in the reader.

hi! i've been a follower for a while now, and seeing you publish the ruthless prince physically made me consider publishing one of my fanfics into a physical copy. i was wondering what the process was and if it costed you anything, because i feel like having a physical copy would be really cool!

Hello! Been a hot minute since I was here. Using this post to update as well: I posted a Varka fic! The trailer was just so beautiful so I had a bit of brainrot.

As for publishing The Ruthless Prince, here's what you have to remember (and what some others has repeatedly told me:)

it's not legal to publish fanfiction specially if the characters or the game/movie or whatever it is, is heavily copyrighted. Mihoyo, however, is gracious enough to allow creators freedom over their characters. Fanfiction, fanart and the like are encouraged (really it's free marketing for them isn't it)

It did not cost me anything to self-publish with Amazon, BUT they get a percentage of your earning (because they print it for you and ship it for you)

Pay attention to this part: you will probably earn more selling an ebook, but a paperback is a really nice option to have.

Why? Printing cost.

Let's say I sell my paperback for $10. Amazon takes $4 and I can get $6 BUT I still need to pay for printing cost so I might just end up earning a measly $3. However, on an ebook, you don't have printing costs! You can earn the full $6. Just something to think about.

All the process was done by me. Editing, commisioning an artist to make a cover for the book, editing again, trial printing it for free and checking if everything is in the margins. Editing is really the difficult part. And then I upload it on Amazon KDP. Set the prices, and then viola! Your book is ready to be sold. You really just need your whole manuscript and a whole lot of patience to sit and read through it again.

Life Lately (Quick Update)

November and December are always the busiest time of the month for me.

One, because it's my birthday.

Two, because it's also my little one's birthday!

Three, Christmas.

and Four, around this time, it's also crunch time at work.

So you can imagine all the festivities, planning, family members and the like coming to visit.

I'm still around. I don't think I'll ever truly disappear, unless something very major happens. Genshin has a special place in my heart, no matter what happens to it or to me.

And as always, I always appreciate you coming by to check on me, or just to gush over old fics again.

It's a date...no it's not... brainrot

Asking you out on a date. Meet him at the theme park tomorrow, he says. He doesn't say anymore other than that.

You're giddy. You're surprised. Pleasantly so. You prepare for it so much you can't even sleep that night.

When you meet him at the theme park the next day, imagine your disappointment when you realize he had invited the whole gang. Your whole friend group. You're disappointed, but most of all feeling stupid that you thought it was a date. But what else can you do but go on with the rest of the day.

Weeks later you received quite a similar call from him. Meet him at the beach, he says. This time, you pretend that you're busy. "Oh! That sounds good, but I've already got a thing with my family. Have fun with the others though!"

The two of you end the call and he looks at his phone confused... "...The others...?" He doesn't quite understand where he went wrong. Turns out he also had his eyes set on you, but was too chicken to ask you out on a REAL date the first time around. He doesn't seem to notice the mess he made, until he realizes you haven't been hanging around him lately (it kinda seems like you're avoiding him too) It's his best friend (who was also invited to the theme park on that day) who explains to him what you might have been thinking/feeling.

When he finally understands his mistake, he decides to ask you out old school style: Face to face. So he shows up in front of you one day, whether it be at your front door, in your classroom, at school and tells you. "Hey...Listen, I'm... not sure how to say this to be honest, but I'll just go right ahead and try it... Would you...go out on a date with me? This time... just us two, I promise,"

Hahaha. Sometimes I still can't believe I've published the Ruthless Prince. A lot of you are asking if its still available, yes it is and it forever will be. If you find that it's out of stock, it probably doesn't ship to where you are.

I'm happy to share that I am working on publishing another one... this time it will be a book of angst short stories collection. Again this is really not for money (just like ruthless prince some stories will still be free to read on tumblr, its just up to you if you would like to support me by buying the physical copy) it also just makes me happy and fulfilled to see that I was able to turn it into a physical book.

I will be extending the death and regrets fics I wrote, will be writing it for the newer characters such as cyno, alhaitham etc and will also be working on some new angst short stories similar to Smile for Me Zhongli fic.

This is a very early announcement, I'm nowhere close to finishing it but I am already working on a front book cover design (if you know some good artists I can commission, point them my way please!) I estimate that it'll take a year to finish. These things take time, fanfiction takes time, so send a tumblr writer you love some words of encouragement, haha, maybe your message is the one that keeps them writing.

Up till here, I'm still amazed at the support I get, even tho I'm not so active. Thank you very much to everyone, much love ❤️
