There is always something to be thankful for in every situation. Gratitude is always an option even if sometimes we have to search for it. Maybe all the strength we cultivate in yoga counts when we have to make our minds strong enough to see that goodness in every situation. There are times when I find it difficult to feel gratitude. But I treat it like my yoga practice, and I do it with a kind heart and discipline. Actually when I wake up in the morning and when I go to sleep at night I like to think of three things I’m grateful for, kind of like counting my blessings. Try it and let me know how it goes.
