1. What's the meaning behind your name?
Hm. Depends on what you mean. If you mean, "The meaning behind why your parents chose your name" then, it's a little hazy. Last time I remember asking about it one parent said that it was after some tennis player. The other one said that it was after some actress. If you mean "What does the name 'Megan' mean" well then, it's Welsh and it's a shortened form of Margaret (I dunno how that happened) and it means Pearl. Lemme give you the history of that.
Derived from Latin Margarita, which was from Greek μαργαριτης (margarites) meaning "pearl", probably ultimately a borrowing from Sanskrit. Saint Margaret, the patron of expectant mothers, was martyred at Antioch in the 4th century. Later legends told of her escape from a dragon, with which she was often depicted in medieval art. The saint was popular during the Middle Ages, and her name has been widely used in the Christian world.
Other saints by this name include a queen of Scotland and a princess of Hungary. It was also borne by Queen Margaret I of Denmark, who united Denmark, Sweden, and Norway in the 14th century. Famous literary bearers include American writer Margaret Mitchell (1900-1949), the author of 'Gone with the Wind', and Canadian writer Margaret Atwood (1939-).

To write books and enjoy it even if I don't ever get famous off of them. c:
3. Do you have brothers and sisters?
I do. I have a younger sister. She's ten so there's eight years between us. It's quite a gap!
4. Do you have any birth signs?
You mean like, birthmarks? Yeah, I do. I've got this wrinkly bump on my forehead. Funny thing, it used to be bright red and puffy when I was a baby/young child. Now it's a lot less noticeable, especially with my bangs over it. Haha.
5. How did you meet your best friend?
I've actually got quite a few, mainly because once you've talked to meet more than a few times you automatically just jump up from 'acquaintance' to 'best friend'. Lemme tell you about a few of them.
Ellie (Aka koriko-cha [main] and flowers-for-mr-ukki [anime])
I met her thanks to my very first best friend, Rachel. It was during my high school years when I was homeschooled and took two classes at a high school that Rachel introduced her to me. We had a lot in common; we were both artists, we liked anime, we both wrote stories and a bunch of other things. We got along very well almost immediately and since then we've just continued hanging out and talking on tumblr.
I met her when I was in second grade, long before I was homeschooled. We stayed very close all throughout grade school and into high school, even during my freshman year when I didn't see her much. We're still good friends and hang out here and there with Ellie and another one of our mutual best friends.
Another friend that Rachel introduced to me. She's such a cute, sweet person and I instantly just kind of went "awww cutie" upon meeting her. She's also a good friend of Ellie's and so we all hang out together ever so often (like our little LOTR 'drinking' challenges [it's really just sodas and normal beverages]).
And another friend introduced to me ( see the pattern here? Megan is too shy to talk to people herself so you'd better force her to talk to people). He's a great guy, always there to listen to what you say and willing to give advice. He's also a gamer so it makes for good conversation.
An internet friend of mine. I don't exactly recall how we met, but she's a great friend. Oh wait, I met her on gaiaonline and we roleplayed together. Found out we both had tumblrs so we naturally exchanged and followed each other. She's also a good artist so check her out!
I haven't known her for very long, but she's such a wonderful person. Such a sweetheart (a friend of queenie's). She's also a wonderful artist, so go stare at her art forever.
6. When&How did you discover tumblr?
I think it was at least two years ago and I'm not exactly sure how. Haha. I have a horrible memory sobsob.
7. What do you think about the century we live in?
Well, it could be better. I mean, with rights and equality, the government and the economy. But then again, the world is never ever perfect. Sigh.
8. Do you believe in time-traveling?
Hm. I suppose I do. I mean, eventually I hope that it'd be possible. Eventually we might have the technology to do such a thing, and then I'd wonder what I'd do with such a thing.
9. Who was your first crush?
I've never really had one. I mean, unless you count fawning over all of the rather attractive celebs from my fave tv shows and movies. You know, the regular guys that pop up on your dash.
10. Are you feeling happy with your current life?
Yes! I've got great friends and family. Enough hobbies to keep me busy when I come home from work.
11. If you could erase one single event from our history, which one will you erase and why?
Hm. I don't really have an answer for this one. Never thought about it and nothing really comes to mind.
