Actually, I don't know if anyone needs this, but I thought it would be a good idea to tell you about one of the antagonists of the Mickey Mouse comics, Prince Penguin (since I decided to include the character in my story).
Yes, he is an episodic character, and I doubt he is a great villain, but I think there is something interesting about him.
Prince Penguin is a character in 4 issues of the Mystery in Mouseton comic, in two of which he plays the role of the main antagonist («When Mouseton Freezes Over» and «Hail and Farewell»). In the third issue, «What's Shakin'?», he appears only at the end, and in the fourth, «Mouseton, The Eagle Has Landed!», Prince Penguin is an accomplice of Professor Eagle (who recruited Penguin and Pete to destroy Mouseton and Mickey).
He is from Antarctica, and came to Mouseton to collect everything beautiful: from art with music to antiques.
Since heat is bad for him and his people, he increased the snowfalls in Mouseton, and turned the house on the mountain into a hellish freezer. At the same time, he himself does not like the cold, but he will have to support it.
His accomplices tried to attack one of the antique shops, but Mickey, Minnie and Goofy stopped them. Well, and... The Prince, seeing Minnie, decided to take her as part of the collection and his queen (a plot as old as the world). So, after the robbery, Minnie was kidnapped.
When Mickey and friends rushed to save Minnie, the Prince, despite Minnie's pleas, still decided to destroy Mickey. And when Mickey got to the Penguin, the villain offered a choice of who would be frozen: Minnie or Mickey.
But Mick does not give up so easily, and so he did not stay in the ice for long. He freed himself with the help of a heater in his backpack, after which he took control of the weather. The Prince cannot stand the heat, but manages to disappear (or rather, teleport). That's it.
In the comics with Eagle, he doesn't play a big role. Penguin agreed to cooperate with Eagle and Pete on the condition that the museums and antiques would be safe and sound. And Minnie's obsession disappeared somewhere (apparently, he didn't really want it).
