How would you feel about prince Ray with long hair
I would... enjoy the idea of being the thief that scales the wall to visit Prince Ray, dropping by him and joining him amidst the flowers that are thriving into a sea of colors. The outskirts of the castle are untended by anyone but that doesn't mean it's not well-loved by the kingdom's only prince.
Smiling at him as he realized that you had come to visit him again. He'd ask about where you'd go to when you left and you'd only offer to tell him if he let you braid his hair. So, imagine curling his soft curls around your fingers and weaving some flowers in there to surprise him, revealing those stories of your travels near the high seas as that smile blooms on his face.
NEEDLESS TO SAY. I WOULD LIKE PRINCE RAY WITH LONG HAIR. How long? Any length... I'll take it.

of course we wanna talk about him! we love this cowboy too😌 an icon amongst AUs, truly but tbh I've been thinking about calluna lately too! I miss prince Ray and King Saeran🥺 plus I'll always have a soft spot for fantasy haha
My job is merely to remind people that Cowboy AUs can be fun if you're willing to lean into the tropes and have fun with how silly it is to place your favorite people in the middle of the desert. Saeran, my love, you make a very handsome cowboy. He's a little rough around the edges but once he starts to soften a bit, you get to tease him and steal kisses! He never complains... you know, only because people are well aware that the pretty saloon performer is his.
God, you know, it's been a year since Calluna ended? That story was concluded as a Christmas present to everyone. It's been a long time since I wrote that story, but I've had an accomplished year of making AUs ever since Calluna. I miss Prince Ray and King Saeran, too. They were so pivotal in me trying to write the kind of story that wanted to explore!
I've been revisiting the concept in my Self Insert story, Asphodelus Albus... mostly because I wanted to see what the Canon Ray would think about Prince Ray's story. I do wonder how our King is doing now and again after the end of Calluna. It was a bittersweet ending, but who knows, maybe I'll revisit it soon and explore that universe a lot more.
