"oh, yeah, there's no way," miguel said. after his mom learned that he and robby had made up, she invited him over for thanksgiving. her and yaya were finishing up their cooking, and sensei lawrence had been sent to get the turkey. except whatever this animal was, it was not a turkey. miguel thought about what to do. he didn't want to bug mom and yaya, when they were cooking for thanksgiving they were all in and he didn't want them to mess anything up. they couldn't go back to the grocery store, they were bound to be sold out by now. "crap, so what do we do?" he asked robby, hoping his former-rival-turned-sorta-friend had a better idea than he did.

ㅤㅤㅤSHE'S STILL NOT SURE WHAT TO THINK OF ROBBY KEENE. He was Miyagi-do's golden boy, and now he wants to hang around Cobra Kai? He should. He belongs here, she thinks. But as long as she has doubts about his loyalty to the dojo, she's hesitant to trust him, no matter how Sensei Kreese seems to want to push him to the front of the line. So, she decided to test him again, away from Kreese. Told him to meet her at Coyote Creek for training, but neglected to mention that it would be just them. ❝ Don't bother waiting around for anyone else. I lied. There is no training exercise, ❞ Tory says, tossing a headband at Robby as she passes by him. ❝ Coyote Creek. This is like a right of passage for a Cobra. You try to take my headband, I try to take yours. ❞ She takes a few steps into the woods, gesturing to the clearing near the aforementioned creek. ❝ No rules, anything goes, and you're not catching me off-guard this time.
