The truth is, no she isn't known. But I do know who she is.
The girl who is dancing with Prince Harry is someone I know. All I can tell you is nothing happened. They danced, chatted, laughed... and that was it. And for those who fancy Harry, they were dancing to a Beastie Boys song back in 2004.
That is all I know because my friend hardly talked about it. She keeps to herself and doesn't share much information lol.

2. Do you think the BRF handled the Fergie situation well? What would you have done differently? Well, when Fergie and Andrew divorced i was 2 so i basically didn't even know that there was a woman named Fergie and a man named Andrew lol But right now, i think that my knowledge of the subject is a bit superficial. BRF was very very strict back in time, at least that's my impression, and they didn't tolerate Fergie's behavior... i don't know, i should just scratch the surface cause all i know is from Wikipedia therefore i'm not an expert on this. :)
