A lovely morning as Jenny and I went for our walk! Harriet met us near the cemetery entrance then the magpies Wally Zelda and Hermione! Joon flew in and Fred cut us off as we walked through to the tennis courts! He is busy with 3 demanding youngsters! He must miss his sidekick Barney! On our return Jenny enjoyed some liquid refreshment and Hamish flew in for a treat or two! A wild night last night and we wake to more devastating winds and rain! Across the road a big tree is down and I hope and pray that the cemetery trees are OK and all my precious bird friends! No walk for us this morning at least! It’s scary! My arbour out the back has been tied down as it almost toppled down the deck by the rose being pulled with the wind!
