@prisms.malta What an inspiring session I had with the incredible Maltese police psychologist, who shared her powerful methods for stress release in a prison setting. 💥 From yoga to shaking off hands and body, these tools are truly transformative in helping individuals release trauma and stress in even the most challenging environments. 🧘♀️💫
At the end of the session, we all came together to embody these practices through dance and sound, using instruments to channel and express the release of energy. 🎶💃 It was a profound reminder of how movement, mindfulness, and sound can be used to heal, especially in high-stress situations.
I’m so grateful to have witnessed such innovative techniques being shared and to be part of this experience. The collective energy was truly uplifting! 🙏

My favorite time of day is what I like to call 'Rainbow o'clock,' and it's when the sunlight comes through my window at just the right angle to hit all my lightcatchers at once and cover my room in rainbows. <3 <3 <3
