“Oh no don’t worry. I am only kidding. Stress isn’t welcomed in my life.” Yuri chuckled and then sat down next to Noct with his chin resting in his palm. “What are you designing?”

“I’m working on some new designs to put up for offer in the shop,” Noctis said. “I’ve had a lot of customers wanting to get ink but not having a design in mind, so I’m trying to put a variety of stuff up from my usual,” he said. He put his pen down to look at the drawing from a few angles. 

“You think this is good enough? I’ve not drawn plants in a while. Maybe I should add some lilies in with the roses?”

“But I wasn’t the one who is afraid to be a bottom.” He chuckled. “We need to work on your fear of being a bottom first and then I can also see how cute you can be.”

“Can I be honest? I don’t mind bottoming, but I don’t like doing it first. I don’t want people putting me in that box. I don’t want to seem like some pushover weakling that can be told what to do. You’re cute and I like you a lot so I’m not saying we can’t do that. But I don’t want anyone thinking I’m weak or below them.” 

He chuckled and ran a hand through his hair. “I know that all seems a bit much but I’d like to think I can trust you to not be an ass about it, right?”

Yuri softly chuckled at the response. “As long as you are single for me.. I don’t care what you do and who you do other times.”

Oberon smiled. “Sounds like we’ll be seeing a lot of each other then. I’m looking forward to it. Hope you don’t mind if I’m more of a home-body for dates. I like staying in because I don’t have to keep my hands to myself and we save money.”

“Oh what kind of plants are those?” He looked curiously over Oberon’s shoulder. “I would love some tea and do you want me to help with the plants?”

“Ahh these are just succulents,” Ardyn said. “They don’t need to be watered often but the air inside the mansion is so dry that I wanted to make sure they were doing okay.” He looked over at the flowers, trying to ignore the warmth creeping up his cheeks. He had wished he was doing something more intensive so he could focus on something else but the warmth of Yuri’s embrace. 

“So um...did you have a good week?”

“You can blame it on my friends. They have taught me well to sneak into places.” He chuckled and then hugged Oberon’s middle. “Please tell me you are free for next hour or so?”

Oberon nodded. “Yeah, I’m just tending to my plants right now, but I don’t have anything planned for the day. Would you like some tea or something?”

“Oh, hey! I didn’t hear you come in. You doing good?”

“I’m in an open relationship with my boo Ardyn, so technically yes or no depending on your stance on polyamory I suppose. I’d like to think that for you, I am very, very single.”
