the stair case in both of them is the exact same piece just decorated differently, however, some other things are different. the unit next to the staircase to the left is a double door in ns, and a cubicle office in df. the unit in df also has a single doorway with no door. the actual set for df is smaller than the set for ns, and there is a hallway on the back wall from the stairs in ns, and not in df.
there are probably more comparing points, but these were the easiest to show. i don’t believe they are the exact same set in terms of having the same layout just redressed, but i do believe they used similar set pieces.
for what it’s worth, reusing set pieces is cost effective allowing more money to go into other aspects of the show or better props, and i think it’s a pretty cool staircase.
something i noticed just now was that the neo-saban era had dads in a present role, while it seems like the hasbro era is going to have moms in a present role
(sorry for the confusing wording, ill try to explain)
In Dino Charge and Ninja Steel (and to a lesser extent Samurai), one of the rangers main parent was their dad, and they had significance in the series. Tyler's character motivation, and how he found his energem in the first place was because of wanting to find his dad. Similarly, a lot of Brody's character (i don't know the exact words) was trying to find his family, and his dad was the reason the power stars even exist. I can't remember much about Samurai, but iirc, Jayden was in a way trying to live up to being the ranger his dad was (i think). At the very least, they had a flashback of his dad passing on his "power."
In Beast Morphers and Dino Fury, so far the women have had a more significant role in the rangers' lives (coincidentally, they're both the mothers of the blue rangers). I haven't seen all of BM, but commander Shaw seems to have more connections/interactions with all of the rangers and is an active member of their lives. Although Dino Fury only has two episodes, I could see Dr. Akana having more plot relevance (as in moving the plot forward) over Warden Garcia.
Even though in the Hasbro Era, both kinds of parents have had some role, I think the moms of the characters will be closer linked to rangers in some way, similar to how Tyler, Brody, and Jayden's dads were linked to the rangers. Although they serve in different roles (because god forbid and we have the same amount/more women on a pr team), they are some driving force of the overall plot.
I don't know if this made sense, but this all stemmed from the fact I was going to say Hasbro is the era of hot moms *shrug
