If you're in the face of of narcissistic abuse online, if your abuser is popular in a fandom and they've falsely accused you of things you didn't do and lied about you under your nose...
Don't try to prove them wrong.
Then they'll just be given more attention.
Trying to prove them wrong only leads to more abuse.
Don't try to look for hidden signs you thought were answers.
Don't try to prove their accusations wrong.
You'll end up making mistakes that the narcissist will use to create even more problems for you.
It's okay to feel hurt, it's okay to want to cry, it's okay to want to scream and shout into the sun, it's okay to want to prove them wrong, it's okay not to be okay.
They want you to slip up, they want you to lose control, they want you to blow up at them, they want you to try to disprove their accusations so they can twist it into something horrible.
They accused you of things that aren't easy to disprove so they can entrap and abuse you even more when you mess up and "prove" them right later on.
False accusations and gossip is how they trap you in abuse, they've made you so desperate to win them back and prove them wrong, they've gotten you to think that you're too pathetic and butthurt to amount to anything in their eyes.
They want people to feel sorry for them while also placing you on public execution for you "treacherous acts of violence and harm against them."
Stop trying to "prove" youself to them that their lies are true.
Stop scrolling through their accounts to try to find answers.
Don't drive yourself crazy trying to get them back in your life.
You image has already been spoiled by the narcissist and their followers.
They've already took your mistakes and twisted them into something that personally benefits themselves and themselves only.
Block them. Delete your accounts that they have access to or know of. Block their flying monkeys and enablers too. Treat yourself to healthier coping mechanisms. That way you don't give them any more attention and they can't use you as a supply anymore.
