Pro-pot group seeks to put ganja on November ballot

ResponsibleOhio, a pro-marijuana legalization group, recently detailed its plans to add a constitutional amendment legalizing both medicinal and personal marijuana to the ballot this November.
The proposed amendment would decriminalize marijuana for Ohioans ages 21 and older while implementing a regulated manufacturing and testing system.
